Upon account closure, the real-money balance (subject to verification) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. Bonus funds at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months (no login, deposit, or bet) are considered dormant. abc123 will contact the player via their registered email before applying a monthly maintenance fee of Rs 100 to dormant accounts. Players can reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in.
